At Heirloom, we believe delivery should feel as considered as the products themselves. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship your order, how shipping rates are calculated, and when complimentary delivery applies.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout using live carrier rates, based on:

This ensures you are always charged the most accurate and fair delivery rate available at the time of purchase.
Free delivery
We offer complimentary standard delivery on orders over R1 000.
The free delivery threshold applies automatically at checkout once your order total reaches the qualifying amount (after discounts and before shipping).
Delivery locations
We currently ship to addresses in South Africa.
If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at info@heirloomperfumery.com, and we will do our best to assist.
Order processing time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the carrier selected at checkout.

Outlying areas: approximately 3–5 business days
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions or public holidays.
Tracking your order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your order’s journey from our studio to your doorstep.
Missed or delayed deliveries
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct at checkout.
Heirloom Perfumery cannot be held responsible for:

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information

Failed delivery attempts where the recipient is unavailable
If a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or lost parcels
If your order arrives damaged or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date), including your order number and supporting photos where applicable.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
